..do you want to continue..?
Here are the games i am actively playing through :D They will be listed below with their own little areas. Again, there may be spoilers ahead, scroll at your own discretion. |
Divinity II: Original Sin
I literally have no idea where to begin with how much i love this game... If i remember correctly, im about almost 100 hours in, we (my boyfriend and I) just got to the City of Arx. I have Ifan Ben-Mezd as a companion, and he has Lohse. We have a pretty well rounded team i'd say. The story was a bit hard for me to understand at first, but Kaden and i both knew we didn't quite trust our assigned Gods nor the Magisters, or any other Godwoken. We only trusted each other and our companions. Unfortunately we accidentally killed Sir Lora earlier in the game, but luckily we had saved that black cat at the beginning at least lmao. I immediately started crushing on Ifan Ben-Mezd, literally kicking my feet during the romance scene in the Hall of Echoes. Who can resist a rugged wolfman like him? Definitely not me.
I'm really hoping that we get a decent ending, although i'll be quite upset once it ends. Its always bittersweet for me to complete a game for the first time, as i know another playthrough doesn't quite hit the same. Even still, i hope that if Ifan reaches ascension it goes well for the two of us along with our entire party. I'll have to update when i have more information. This island is honestly a lot more difficult than the previous ones, and i'm worried we may have rushed it slightly on the Nameless isle (i think thats what it was called) but we had found our backway into the academy without even trying, which was pretty sweet to be honest.
....its safe to say that Ifan has officially joined my roster of fictional husbands :3 ....
Bloodborne
Holy fuck, this game.is.incredible. Do i understand the plot yet? Absolutely not. But, the combat and the enemies as well as the layout of the map is insane. The atmosphere, the details, the sounds as well as soundtrack are phenomenal.
I'm not too far in , but I'm a huge fan of the game already. Compared to Elden Ring the fighting style is much more intense, risky & much faster, with Elden Ring I played as a mage, so it was a bit of an adjusment getting used to the dodging mechanic being a dash rather than a roll, not to mention the health & healing system. Its much more punishing, but feels much more rewarding after clearing an area or beating a boss. My sole complaint about the game thus far has been how confusing the layout of the areas can be (however i think that is by design.) If i take any break from the game for any amount of time i find myself going backwards or absolutely lost.
